Process Trainer

📋 Description Facilitate training courses in live and online formats. Design and develop need-based L&D programs to support the business. Manage data per L&D requirements during training cycles. Collaborate with SMEs to convert expert content into learner-friendly formats. Create and manage project plans and training timelines; drive improvements. Liaise with L&D and business to ensure consistent practices and scheduling. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years of experience in US Mortgage Origination Services. Graduate in any discipline. Proficiency in MS Office. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good people management skills.
