Estimator - Commercial Roofing

📋 Description Review drawings, specs, addenda to develop accurate estimates. Takeoffs for roofing systems, insulation, sheet metal, waterproofing. Analyze labor, rates, equipment, and subs to determine total cost. Prepare bid proposals, budgets, alternates, and value engineering options. Coordinate with operations, PMs, and vendors to ensure proposals are complete. Maintain bid documentation and ensure alignment with margins. 🎯 Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field preferred. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required. 3-5 years of commercial roofing or estimating experience preferred. Knowledge of roofing systems: TPO, EPDM, PVC, built-up and sheet metal. Read blueprints and contract documents; proficient in takeoffs and cost analysis. 🎁 Benefits Competitive pay and benefits.
