Business Analyst

📋 Description Elicit, document, prioritise and validate business needs and requirements with stakeholders. Prepare and maintain the software requirements specification. Organize and facilitate workshops. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses. Create and maintain models and outputs with Sparx Enterprise Architect. Write user and system documentation. 🎯 Requirements University degree with min 4 years IT experience or non-degree with min 7 years IT experience. Minimum 3 years of business analysis work experience. CBAP certification or equivalent. Knowledge of current IT domain and latest technology. Experience with Agile/DevOps practices. Analytical skills for BA: summarising data, problem solving, handling conflicting requirements.
