Senior Manager - Solution Engineering

📋 Description Lead and scale a Solutions Engineering team for Freshworks. Drive GTM strategy, cross-sell/up-sell playbooks, allocate resources. Partner with Sales, CS, and Product to guide roadmap and pipeline. Coach Solution Engineers; be a hands-on leader and role model. Develop go-to-market motions to win in growth markets. Evangelize product requirements and value in customer demos. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 7 years of Solutions Engineering management in CRM/ITSM. 10-15 years of relevant industry experience. Exceptional soft skills with ability to influence across teams. Ability to work cross-functionally and drive outcomes. Experience presenting to C-level executives and stakeholders.
