📋 Description Own bookkeeping, payroll, A/P, A/R, journal entries, and reconciliations. Take ownership of all financial ops in the first quarter. Maintain clean balance sheets and P&Ls; review monthly with CEO. Build rolling 12-month forecast; implement FP&A cadence. Deliver quarterly investor updates, board reports, and KPI dashboards. Implement scalable financial systems and ensure GAAP governance. 🎯 Requirements Finance end-to-end ownership at an early/growth-stage tech company. Led accounting, forecasting, and strategy without external providers. Fluent in GAAP, accrual accounting, FP&A, monthly close, SaaS metrics. Built or improved financial models for board decisions. Exceptional attention to detail; financial accuracy as infrastructure.
