📋 Description Define and execute ButterflyMX’s enterprise data strategy. Prioritize transformation by commercial impact, risk, and value. Establish Snowflake-based governed data layer as the truth. Enable leaders to understand performance and act confidently. Translate business questions into durable analytical systems. Build a data org where AI agents are a primary tool. 🎯 Requirements 12+ years in data engineering, analytics, BI, or data architecture. 5+ years leading professional data teams (managers or senior leaders). Proven success transforming a data function in SaaS/tech. Deep experience with modern cloud data platforms, including Snowflake. Strong dbt experience for data transformation and modeling.
