📋 Description Architect AIM's scaling engine with maximum autonomy. Own the execution of the terraforming mission at scale. Build, dismantle, and optimize operating systems for physical AI. Manage cross-functional ops across customer success, HR, legal, and finance. Drive global expansion decisions and high-stakes tradeoffs. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of executive leadership in high-growth tech or industrial sectors. Deep Tech Operations: scaling products with hardware components. Legal contracting and Finance (Sales & revenue ownership, P&L). Experience with dual-use tech (defense/commercial) or complex supply chains. Willing to travel up to 20% to remote and international AIM locations.
