Staff DevOps Engineer

📋 Description Deploy, operate, and maintain blockchain RPC nodes across regions Manage Kubernetes clusters for blockchain nodes Perform rolling upgrades and hard fork migrations across EVM and non-EVM chains Run on-call rotations; triage incidents via PagerDuty Deploy and manage services via ArgoCD and GitOps (Helm) Collaborate with product and customer success on deprecations and SLOs 🎯 Requirements Experience designing and operating large-scale, multi-region, multi-cloud production systems Kubernetes (k3s or similar), including StatefulSets, storage, Secrets and Istio Secrets management and access control in multi-cluster environments Automation frameworks for node health checks, upgrades, and remediation workflows Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, CloudFormation, Chef, Puppet) GitOps tooling - ArgoCD, Helm; managing deployments 🎁 Benefits Opportunity to work with the latest cloud and blockchain technologies Flexible time away Private Medical Insurance Start-up environment: internal off-site hackathons, access to hacker house during summer Opportunity to travel across offices
