Art Director

📋 Description Partner with Creative Directors to define creative strategies and campaigns. Translate briefs into customer-focused visual concepts. Lead campaigns across digital, print, retail, packaging, social, owned channels. Direct photography, video, illustration, and design end-to-end. Collaborate with Studio, Multimedia, Design at Scale, Product Marketing, Brand. Mentor designers and provide constructive feedback. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of professional creative experience, incl. 3+ years as Art Director. Experience developing creative strategies and leading execution. Strong portfolio across channels in art direction, design, typography, storytelling.
