Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and researchers to align goals. Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions. Deliver pixel-perfect, accessible designs with high fidelity. Iterate design ideas quickly in response to feedback. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of product design experience with a strong UX/UI portfolio. Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and prototyping tools. Experience solving complex problems with user-centered design. Strong understanding of accessibility standards and best practices. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
