Track pipeline health in Ashby and refine search strategies. 🎯 Requirements BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university. 2-6+ years in full-cycle recruiting or sourcing experience. Sourcing & Research experience with LinkedIn Boolean search and market mapping. Ability to manage multiple open requisitions without sacrificing quality.
