Lead - Solution Engineer

📋 Description Work with regional sales teams to convert prospects to customers Deliver bespoke technical demos at client meetings, webinars, and events Present Freshworks value via whiteboard slides, POC management, and RFPs Respond to functional/technical questions and analyze customer infrastructure Collect and convey customer requirements to product management Train sales teams on Freshworks products and collaborate on sales strategy 🎯 Requirements Native English written and spoken; other EU languages a plus 5+ years in technical solutions engineering (ITIL/ITSM or SaaS) Experience in SaaS/tech org with ITSM/ITIL and cloud infra Excellent stakeholder (CxO) and internal communication skills Experience with complex mid-market and enterprise sales cycles Strong presentation, demo and customer-focused mindset Execution-driven with urgency; thrives in high-energy teams Collaborative team player
