📋 Description Clinical Assistant (LPN or CMA) travels to senior living communities. Pre-visit planning, chart prep, screenings, and med reconciliation. Maintain accurate patient charts and update records between visits. Assist providers and support efficient clinical flow. Perform minor procedures under provider supervision. Monitor portal messages and support patient care. 🎯 Requirements Active LPN license required. Active CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification. Valid driver's license required. Knowledge of medical terminology. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
