📋 Description Own test planning and execution for ATP's reactors and modules Translate reaction requirements and safety envelopes into tests Design and run test protocols to validate performance, yield, and safety Instrument test setups with sensors; capture and analyze data Execute hardware-in-the-loop and factory/site acceptance tests Identify chemistry-driven failure modes and root cause analysis 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline 3+ years in test engineering, process validation, or hardware interfacing with chemistry End-to-end test execution ownership from protocol design to data analysis Knowledge of reaction chemistry, kinetics, and process operating envelopes Hands-on experience with process instrumentation and data acquisition systems Ability to work hands-on in lab, fabrication, and plant with hazardous materials 🎁 Benefits On-site role in Waltham, MA
