Implementation Manager

📋 Description Lead a team of Implementation Engineers and drive software adoption. Define and optimize user engagement for strategic deployments. Own deployment implementation and enablement; provide surge support to teams. Align account strategies, renewal forecasting, and staffing with Eng Managers and Sales. Build cross-functional relationships with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and QA. Based in Arlington, VA with up to 50% travel. 🎯 Requirements U.S. Citizenship is required. Bachelor's Degree. 5+ years in customer success, public sector consulting, SaaS, or data analytics. 2+ years people management experience. Proven excellence in interacting with DoD and national security senior leaders. Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentations.
