📋 Description Build, manage, and support a growing regional field consultant team. Ensure pilots are executed with consistency and quality; train, schedule, and align consultants. Travel to field sites to model best pilot practices and educator engagement. Conduct regular check-ins to monitor progress and reinforce training. Provide hands-on pilot support during active engagements. Partner with District Manager and CA Field Marketing to recruit consultants and develop pilot content. 🎯 Requirements Minimum of 5 years in educational consulting or field-based instructional role. Demonstrated experience supporting or facilitating K-12 product pilots. Strong presentation and facilitation skills engaging educators. Proven ability to coach and provide feedback to peers or direct reports. Must reside in California for in-person field engagement.
