📋 Description Partner with sales/success to deliver technical product presentations. Design, develop, and manage PoV projects for customers. Build custom reports and dashboards for client management teams. Assist with functional and technical elements of RFPs. Stay current on new features and maintain updated sales demos. Support customers across the Pacific Northwest. 🎯 Requirements Hybrid role in Central US; travel up to 50% for in-person meetings in Dallas/Chicago. Design and implement AI-driven agentic workflows with autonomous agents and cross-app integrations. 6+ years in a customer-facing tech role (pre-sales preferred). 2+ years with commercial or enterprise clients. Knowledge of cloud deployment, change management, and organizational adoption. Hands-on with AI/LLMs, integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services and APIs.
