Mental Health Specialist II - Acute Behavioral Services

📋 Description Provide direct support to individuals with intensive behavioral and mental-health needs. Follow behavior support and crisis-prevention plans, de-escalation, and restraints. Maintain a safe, structured living environment; assist with daily living and tasks. Document services and observations in electronic systems. Monitor behavioral changes and escalate as needed; communicate during crises.
