Senior Product Manager - AI Governance

📋 Description Own end-to-end governance for AI agents within enterprise Jira environments. Strengthen platform foundation: config movement, CI/CD access, visibility into changes. Extend governance to treat AI agents as configurable assets. Build a control plane: discover, inventory, policy enforcement, audits. Own policy engine rules and runtime enforcement with the packaged AI skill team. Partner with Atlassian for roadmap and API access. Regularly engage enterprise admins and IT leaders for discovery. 🎯 Requirements Several years as PM for complex enterprise infra/governance products. Experience leading multi-domain product initiatives. Comfort selling to senior technical buyers: admins, CISOs, CIOs. Track record shipping in phases toward a long-term roadmap.
