📋 Description Lead and coordinate programs for individuals with ID, DD, mental health or autism. Mix of direct care and supervisory duties across group homes. Flexible full-time schedule; may be part-time within homes. OPD on-call for emergencies unless another manager is designated. Ensure shifts are filled with trained staff per policy; limit direct service. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field preferred. Designated Manager status per 245D licensing in MN. Three years’ supervisory experience in human services. Valid US Driver’s License with clean motor vehicle background. Valid liability insurance and reliable transportation.
