Use GSC, GA, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Screaming Frog to inform decisions. Set quarterly goals and manage your time with regular check-ins. Collaborate with Content & Localization, Offsite SEO, and DevOps. Think long-term: a 2-5 year strategic effort with durable actions. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in-house SEO in a team, ideally in ecommerce/marketplace. Strong on-site SEO depth: structured data, internal linking, page speed, Core Web Vitals. Data-driven mindset; comfortable with GSC, GA, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog. Measure GMV and revenue impact. Cross-functional collaboration and proactive, transparent communication; autonomous.
