📋 Description Lead the Clinic Cloud Engineering team in Spain. Partner with PMs and Country Manager; own shipping decisions. Set quality standards; improve reliability and user experience. Own architecture decisions; drive pragmatic, scalable solutions. Remote-first culture and cross-functional collaboration. Collaborate with engineering, data and product teams. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years leading product engineering teams with people management. Led a team through real product transformation. Experience shipping where uptime and data integrity matter. Technical background to own architecture and quality calls. Fluent English and Spanish.
