Build infra and tooling to ship fast; AI-enabled development. Own security and compliance incl SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR. Manage project-based contract engineers and distributed contributors. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years leading engineering teams in startup/high-growth. Led teams through complex technical initiatives. Strong technical judgment; architecture and design. Build engineering culture: ownership, craft, accountability. Go, TypeScript, React experience a plus; customer-facing skills.
