📋 Description Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training. Create SCORM-compliant e-learning courses for the LMS. Build onboarding, product, systems, and process training using adult learning principles. Develop facilitator guides, learner materials, assessments, and job aids. Collaborate with SMEs to translate technical info into learning content. Publish customer-facing Help Center articles and multimedia learning assets. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years in instructional design or learning content. Experience with SCORM content for LMS. Experience designing instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training. Strong technical writing and editing skills. Experience producing instructional videos and multimedia assets. Proficiency with Captivate, Storyline, or Camtasia.
