VP People Business Partner (HRBP)

📋 Description Serve as trusted advisor to Cognite’s executives on strategic people needs. Coach leaders to navigate complexity, inspire teams, and drive results. Identify leadership gaps and implement scalable leadership plans. Lead change management initiatives to scale Cognite’s teams. Build frameworks for talent planning, succession, and org effectiveness. 🎯 Requirements 15+ years of progressive P&O/HR leadership. 3–5 years at VP or Senior HR Leader level in a high-growth tech firm. Experience across startup to enterprise orgs. SaaS or B2B tech experience; familiarity with GTM orgs is a plus. Experience supporting global, distributed teams across time zones.
