Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

📋 Description Assist in residential group homes with daily activities and safety. Help with meals, cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and activities. Provide hands-on mentoring to help individuals become more independent. Offer positive direction to help achieve personal goals. Medication administration and monitoring of medical well-being. Paid training provided; behavioral DSP role may require IDD/mental health experience. 🎯 Requirements Excitement for working with adults with disabilities. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED. Successful background clearance required. Good reading, writing, and communication skills.
