📋 Description Lead ERP engineering for D365 F&O and AI-native layer. Oversee end-to-end ERP development and integrations. Define ERP strategy; transition to clean-core platform. Own tech architecture: agent harnesses, pipelines, guardrails. Drive DevOps and CI/CD for reliable releases. Mentor and grow ERP engineers across 30+ entities. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience as Engineering Manager or Tech Lead. Deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O expertise. Hands-on software: C#, X++, .NET, Azure. Strong DevOps, CI/CD, release governance. Experience with agentic AI engineering (MCP/A2A).
