Senior Frontend Engineer - Editing Accessibility

📋 Description Design and build accessible Editor interactions (focus, keyboard nav, ARIA). Use screen readers daily to test, debug, and validate your work (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS). Collaborate with the Editing Group to build accessible features from the start. Identify systemic accessibility gaps and architect long-term solutions. Share accessibility knowledge across teams to improve Canva's Editor. 🎯 Requirements Solid commercial experience building accessible web apps with WCAG in practice. Hands-on experience with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS) and debugging. Work in a large frontend codebase; architecture, components, rendering with accessibility. Strong TypeScript and React skills; comfortable with component structure and accessibility. Clear cross-disciplinary communication; explain screen reader behavior to engineers and designers.
