📋 Description Lead construction execution from mobilization through commissioning and handoff. Senior field leader and primary contact for general contractors and partners. Direct multidisciplinary teams across electrical, mechanical, civil, controls, and data halls. Develop sequencing for parallel workstreams while ensuring safety and quality. Own schedules, progress reporting, critical-path management, and recovery plans. Review designs for constructability and accelerate installation. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years leading construction delivery for large-scale data centers or similar. Experience delivering hyperscale or high-density data center infrastructure. Proven ability to lead large contractor and trade workforces across multiple streams. Deep understanding of data center sequencing: data halls, electrical, mechanical. Strong constructability skills and translating designs into field plans.
