Deep expertise in at least one extremist threat actor ecosystem; adaptable to new verticals. Defined scope, proposed solutions, and drove projects in dynamic environments. Proficiency with data analysis tools, case management, and ML tooling. Strong written and verbal comms; translate topics for non-experts; produce intelligence.
