Commissions management: Own end-to-end sales commission calculations. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in Finance Ops, Revenue Ops, O2C, Billing Ops, or related. End-to-end O2C experience in a SaaS business. Investigate inconsistencies, validate data, and reconcile across sources. Advanced Google Sheets or Excel with complex datasets. Independent worker with shifting priorities in an evolving environment.
