Job Description
📋 Description Provide health education for CM enrollment; complete intake and orientation. Lead CM health/wellness groups, process groups, and drop-ins. Coordinate CM activities to promote outreach and positive health outcomes. Conduct rapid UA tests; maintain chain of custody; document results. Build professional relationships; provide motivational counseling using harm reduction. Coordinate care with GLIDE programs and external resources; document progress. 🎯 Requirements Strong verbal and written communication; document progress notes. Experience with group facilitation and counseling for substance use. Crisis intervention and motivational interviewing experience. Knowledge of human behavior, development, and cultural patterns. Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce experience helpful. Ability to de-escalate difficult clients; maintain professionalism. 🎁 Benefits This is a full-time (40-hour/week) non-exempt position; covered by CBA.
