Engineering Manager

📋 Description Lead multidisciplinary engineering efforts to deliver RNG assets safely and on time Manage technical efforts across Process, Mechanical, external teams, and consultants Ensure engineering deliverables meet project requirements, scope, and permits Collaborate with PM, Ops, and BD to develop, optimize and run RNG facilities Support commissioning, start-up and operations of the assets Recruit, train, and develop engineers to support business needs 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical preferred) 10+ years of process engineering and project execution experience, ops mgmt preferred Team player with ability to manage a team and get results Demonstrated succinct, clear communication (oral and written) Passion for delivering results and problem solving Strong knowledge or energy engineering processes, standards, and vendor processes 🎁 Benefits Competitive compensation with relocation assistance and equity Comprehensive health, dental, vision, disability, and life benefits Paid time off and company holidays Opportunity to advance your career in RNG industry
