📋 Description Lead a team of schedulers and coordinators to meet Falcon 9 manifest targets. Provide daily visibility on schedule, parts shortages, or resource performance. Develop and maintain reports on product completion status and on-time performance. Perform schedule analysis on critical path and variances; advise on-time delivery risks. Correlate planning and scheduling with asset and labor availability to optimize utilization. Attend/facilitate customer meetings to establish priorities and risks to the manifest schedule. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalency certificate. Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in material planning, production coordination, supply chain, or manufacturing. 1+ years experience with automated scheduling systems (MRP/ERP). 4+ years professional manufacturing, production, or testing experience. 1+ years leading a team of 5+ people in manufacturing; strong communication.
