📋 Description Perform electrical quantity takeoffs from drawings and plans. Prepare cost estimates for multifamily, commercial, and light industrial. Assemble bid packages and support submission. Use Accubid, Bluebeam, and Procore for estimating. Collaborate with estimators and project managers on bids. Review specs, drawings, and bid documents. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 3 years estimating U.S. construction projects. Bachelor's in Civil Eng, Construction Mgmt, or equivalent. Experience estimating electrical construction projects. Strong understanding of commercial and multifamily workflows. Excellent written and spoken English communication. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
