Staff Equipment Engineer, Automation

📋 Description Own and improve semi-manual and automated manufacturing equipment. Define and implement OEE and equipment metrics to identify loss drivers. Collaborate with product design and process development for DFM/DFA feedback. Drive cross-functional alignment on controls and tooling improvements. Lead root-cause analysis of assembly and quality issues to improve equipment. Support ramp and sustaining operations across shifts. 🎯 Requirements BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, or Controls; 7+ years. Deep understanding of semi-manual and automated equipment. Expertise with Fanuc Robotics and other automation systems. Experience with assembly methods, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions. Proven DFM/DFA feedback to design and process teams.
