📋 Description Build and optimize cross-border payment infra across markets for uptime. Select and integrate rails based on speed (T+0 vs T+1) for instant trading. Structure partnerships to maintain liquidity for mass payouts and high-frequency settlement. Improve pay-in acceptance across cards and bank transfers via processor, fraud, and compliance rules. Lead negotiations and integrations for direct bank relationships with favorable rates and SLAs. Design a real-time routing engine to select the optimal rail by segment, jurisdiction, currency, speed, and risk. 🎯 Requirements 7–10+ years of product leadership, with 7+ years in payment infra or core banking. Proven success building cross-border payment rails in high-volume real-time settings. Experience with direct bank integrations and commercial partnership negotiations. Track record leading payment orchestration and dynamic routing in production. Experience building fiat solutions for institutional clients (segregated accounts, bulk APIs).
