Associate Manager (Statutory reporting, Acquisitions & Tax)

📋 Description Prepare and oversee statutory statements per standards. Manage audits across multiple jurisdictions. Coordinate with external auditors and local teams for audits. Ensure compliance with local filing requirements and deadlines. Monitor accounting standards changes and regulatory updates. Maintain statutory reporting calendars and trackers. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or related field. Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Accounting. CA(SA)/CPA or equivalent preferred. 3+ years post articles in Accounting/Financial Reporting (CA(SA)). Strong IFRS and US GAAP knowledge.
