Senior Operations Specialist

📋 Description Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across activities. Lead evaluation of processes/workflows for improvement or automation. Partner with cross-functional leaders to prioritize opportunities. Lead change management and deploy a communication framework. Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance. Document processes and provide training on new workflows; monitor adoption. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5-7 years in change management, operations support, and process improvement. Experience in CRO/pharma/biotech drug development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance; understanding of ADKAR.
