📋 Description Engage with members to understand backup care needs. Identify reliable vendors to fulfill member requests. Expand the Care Network with local providers. Manage end-to-end delivery of care solutions. Ensure at least one viable backup solution within 4-6 hours. Collaborate with Care Operations to refine practices. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of childcare and/or senior care experience, backup care. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or child development is a plus but not required. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus but not required. Proven track record of supporting families in need.
