📋 Description Serve as trusted advisor to the CAO, aligning priorities and driving initiatives. Lead cross-functional projects in controllership, M&A, and finance ops. Drive finance transformation, process automation, and system upgrades. Prepare executive briefs, MBR/QBR materials, and presentations. Partner with FP&A, Business Technology, Operations, and Sales on cross-functional initiatives. Lead special projects and strategic initiatives to support rapid growth. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 6+ years in finance, accounting, or operations with controllership exposure. Multinational/public company or highly regulated industry experience. Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and automation. Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders.
