📋 Description Manage the full operational lifecycle, SLOs, and availability of network services. Design and develop automation tooling by writing production-quality code to eliminate toil. Collaborate with Workplace, TDI, Security, and stakeholders to resolve incidents and improve IT network security. Maintain fleet-wide consistency across software, configuration, and security; assist with researching and implementing innovative network technologies. Participate in on-call rotation; troubleshoot live incidents and translate engineering impacts to non-technical stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years in a professional role with a Bachelor's, or an advanced degree with no experience. Proficient in writing production-grade code to automate tasks and reduce toil. Strong understanding of core networking: WiFi, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, ACLs, routing, and firewall policies. Experience with network device monitoring, alerting, and logging tools.
