📋 Description Directly manage Operations Associates and/or MPS teams to ensure quality outputs Solicit end-user feedback and implement reporting improvements regionally or site-wide Maintain accountability over reports: refills, MSOT, onboarding, clinic metrics Support clinic implementation with data analysis for volume and staffing needs Coordinate training and onboarding for new hires on the reporting suite 🎯 Requirements Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred 5-7+ yrs pharma/healthcare; 2+ yrs Sr. Ops/Impl; leads pharmacy techs CPhT certification preferred; MBA/PharmD a plus Experience with Pharmacy OS: Epic, WAM, QS1, TelemetryRx, Therigy Expert in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Willingness to travel to health system partners
