Certified Nurse's Assistant- Home Health Visits

📋 Description This CNA will perform ~10 visits/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30am–5pm. Provide home health aide, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care. Serve clients in Davidson and Williamson counties while remaining at home. Join a multidisciplinary team delivering patient-centered home health care. 🎯 Requirements At least 1 year of work experience. Must be listed on TN Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing. Read, write and communicate effectively in English. Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination. Criminal background check completed.
