Turn engineers' stories into content that others relate to. Set the bar for technical content: deep dives, benchmarks, teardowns. Extend stories beyond blogs: video, docs, changelogs, talks. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years writing for a technical audience. Published work that traveled to Hacker News front page or similar. Deep technical concept understanding; credible presentation. Extract a thesis from design docs or PRs and craft a piece. Write with a distinct point of view; be arguable.
