Feed what you learn back into VTEX with docs, product feedback, and playbooks. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on VTEX platform exp: VTEX IO, FastStore, Master Data, core APIs REST APIs and GraphQL; Chrome DevTools and Postman Genuine vocation for service: solving customers' problems Strong communication to explain root cause to devs and business Self-taught, proactive mindset; validate assumptions and seek answers English proficiency; digital commerce experience beyond VTEX; SEO/frontend optimization
