📋 Description Lead behavioral health team; oversee daily clinical operations across PA clinics. Supervise therapists; ensure quality standards and clinician development. Support clinicians in productivity; coordinate PTO; respond to patient/family inquiries. Build partnerships with local pediatric practices for referrals and integrated care. Foster collaboration, growth-oriented, culturally competent care. 🎯 Requirements Current PA license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW or PsyD). Minimum 3 years' experience as a licensed therapist. Bonus: ability to supervise pre-licensed therapists. Evenings and weekends availability.
