Manager, Software Engineering

📋 Description Lead the Bangalore team and set dev platform direction (CI/CD, release). Own pipeline reliability as a product: delivery health and feedback time. Stay hands-on in architecture, reviews, incidents, automation. Partner across engineering to remove bottlenecks in build/test/deploy flows. Hire and coach the team; use data to measure adoption and outcomes. 🎯 Requirements At least 1 year building AI-enabled engineering tools or workflows with measurable impact. 8+ years in software engineering, developer platform, DevOps, SRE, or infra. 2+ years leading engineers, including people-management responsibility. Experience with AI-assisted software engineering, agentic workflows, or LLM-backed tooling. Strong track record leading a developer platform/CI/CD in SaaS with measurable results.
