📋 Description Coordinate business, back-office, support and payments teams. Ensure back-office readiness for new products and markets. Escalate AML alerts and suspicious activity to compliance/MLRO. Design and standardize end-to-end operating processes. Identify and implement automation via workflow tools and AI. Define SLAs for onboarding, verification, deposits, withdrawals, and support. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in regulated financial services ops; 1–2 years leading teams. Proven project and stakeholder management across centralized teams. Process design (BPMN) and delivering operational automation. AI-native mindset; using LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to automate.
