📋 Description Design factory and process for high-quality flow control devices and actuators. Optimize production flow with targeted automation and bottleneck indicators. Collaborate with development/design engineers, machine shops, and vendors. Maintain simple work instructions and track defects and part movement. Support component tests and yield investigations. Aim for zero defects and readiness for crewed missions. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in physics or an engineering discipline. 1+ years mechanical design or hands-on manufacturing experience. Leadership or mentorship experience; ability to communicate across levels. Experience in build/test development and on-time delivery of new components. Experience with fluid/electromechanical components (valves, actuators, regulators).
